Heart & Peace in the Corde Having obtained the necessary permission from the Most Rev. Fr. General to commend our Provincial Chapter it is with sincere pleasure Dearly Beloved & Brethren that we announ- ce to you the convocation of the tenth Chapter of our Province In compliance with the instructions of our Most Rev. Fr. General we hereby appoint the twenty first- of very fully for the Canonical relevation of our Provincial Chapter which will be held in our Retired of Pt-Paul of the Cross. Dublin --- Page 2 --- with sincere pleasure Dearly Beloved Brethren that we amoun- ce to you the convocation of the tenth Chapter of our Province In compliance with the instructions of our Most Mr General we hardly appoint the twenty first- of very fully for the Canonical celebration of our Provincial Chapter which will be held in our Nation of Pt-Paul of the Cross. Dublin We request, therefore, all the Capitular Fathers to asserm- ble in the above Nation not later than the seventeenth of July in order to assure at the Tridenni prescribed by our Moly & Rules & also to be present at the preliminary conferences which will be held during the three days preceding the celebration of the Chapter We searchly request remind You Beloved Brethren of the artificial we all have of proving most forwardly to strengthen God the Father of Light & given of all good gifts to sulghten the minds & strength en with His Devise Grace, the hearts of the Capitular Fathers in order that they may discharge with presence, wisdom & fidelity the --- Page 3 --- heavy duties imposed upon them in the election of superiors & in all other matters relating to the well-being of our Province To this end besides the prayers which every Religious will offer up permanently, we prescribe the following prayers to be recited in common by the Community during the time of the afternoon meditation. from the first of three till the twenty first of July 1st. The "Veni Creator" with prayer of the Holy Soul - 2nd. The Situary of the Blessed Virgin with the prayer "Concede no" & 3rd. Three Paless. Aris & Eloriais in honor of St. Michael St. Joseph & Our Holy Sounder, St. Taul of the Cross with their respectful prayers On the days of the Tridum as also on the day of the opening of the Chapten, all the Students, Sir Brothers & Soldiers will receive Holy Communion --- Page 4 --- 2d - "The dilawn of the Tollessed Voyan touch the prayer - Concede no" + 3rd - "Three Paters. Aris + Elovia's in honor of At-Michael St-foreph + Our Holy Founder, At-Taul of the Cross with their respective prayers. On the days of the Tridum as also on the day of the opening of the Chapten, all the Students, Sir Brothers + Hosides will receive Holy Communion We remind the Fr. Rector + local superiors to bring to the Chapter these desides then "Siture Patentes" + "Seal of Office" the fol- lowing documents 1st - A certificate of the faithful celebration of the masses signed by all the parish of the Church, keept the Fr. Rector or Superior2nd - A certificate of the 4th keeping of the Archivium signed by the Fr. Rector or Superior + the Fr. Treas3rd - An inventory of all the Goods of the house made out under our headings as for example - Church, Sacrifice - Library4th - A Correct financial statement of the Retired giving an abstract of the income + expenditure, during the three years of admire - --- Page 5 --- tration. & staying at the same time the amount of money left in the de- posit or Bank before leaving the house for the Chapter & also any sum of money - if any - executed to the house 54th. A faithful statement of the debts due by the house including 1st money borrowed at interest mentioning the five contage paid nearly on all 2nd Loans on money held without interest - if any - 3rd.
