It is with a sincere pleasure of my heart, my dear Brother, that I announce the convocation of the fifth (by order of time sixth) chapter of this Province. Owing to some peculiar circumstances I was doubtful as to the most appropriate time for holding our capitular assembly, this year. But our most Great Seneral has triumphed removed the doubt from my --- Page 2 --- mind, by expressing his desire that it should be held no looser than the 2d nor later than the 15th of June. In compliance therefrom with his wish, thereby appoint the 15th of the said month of June for the opening of our Provincial Chapter, which will be held in our Getreat of St. Ann's, Sulton. The capitular fathers are requested to semble at the above Getreat on the 12th of the above mentioned month, in order to spirit at the Tridum passivited by the holy Gules, in preparation to the capitular sembly. You need not to be reminded, Dear Bret, that is both our duty and interest to pray earnestly alright Sod, that he may give light and wisdom to the capitular fathers in the elections which have to take place, and in all other matters which have to be discussed for the good of the Province.
