Herr late of Louden in the East Indies Boyn deceased who was eldest Dan and Heir at Law of the said Lugh Herr and Both Prince Pontificia as herein before received the said Brinjn Daughann the said --- Page 62 --- the said Isaac Weld and the said Martha Manghan his Wife of the said part which said Martha Manghan and Elizabeth Weld are the Daughters and Lockeries of Lughter late of the City of Dublin Gentleman and Both her his wife both deceased and also Bister and Lockeries at Law of Geo. Herr late of Calentha in the East Indies Boy. deceased who was eldest Pan and Heir at Law of the said Lughter and Both her his wife both deceased as herein before leaved the said Bingham here feeding as herein before leaved the said Bingham and Martha his Wife in Consideration of 200. $$$ and the said Many fare Herr in Consideration of 200. to them Perpetually paid by the said Isaac Weld did grant bangain bell Afrijn Release and Confirm into the said Isaac Weld his Heir and Afrijn all that and there two individual third parts the whole into three equal parts to be divided of and in the said several denied premises to hold into the said Isaac Weld his Heir and Afrijn for and during the natural lives under which the said premises are perpetually held and for and during the natural life and lives of such other person and persons as should be added and incented in the Room and place of such of the Certificate as have deposed or shall die by Vertue of the Commant of Renewal in the said lease perpetually contained at under and subject to the yearly Rents Hire for Renewal Commant and agreements in the said lease Indenture of Lease Perpetually Reserved and Contained And whereas the Sur Concesserent with proclamations According to the form of the " Statute in that Case made and practiced into the said Henry Petagh and his Moirs of All That one undivided third part the whole into three equal parts to be divided of the upper Mills of Loaden Park aforead and of the Mind Mull erected on the said Park and also of one Mundivided third part the whole into three equal parts to be divided of that parcell of Land being part of Rathtund aforead asly the said June may Appear And reheard the said Isaac Weld hath lately failed in his Credit and by Endenture became date on or about the 2nd day of July 1779 made between the said Isaac Weld and Richard Weld of the one part and the s. & Travers Hartley Alexander Smithing and Island Cropthorate of the other part The said Isaac and Richard Weld have granted bargained sold Assigned and made use into the said houses Hartley Alexander Smithing and Island Cropthorate All their Estate and Effects whatsoever and whereafter upon must benefit of the Corectors of the said Isaac and Richard Weld in manner in the said Send mentioned as by the said Send meny Appear Now this Indenture interposeth that in order to come the agreement fledded in the said last mentioned Send unto y Question and to enable the said Isaac Hartley Alexander Smithong and Leland Crofthwaite to sell and dispose of the said fledded Lease and premises thereby demised and for and in Consideration of the fum of Sen shillings to the said Isaac Weld & Elizabeth Weld and Henry Betagh in hand perfectedly paid on the perfection since by the said Isaac Rooms stable and ant Hauses thereunder belonging And also the three Sales of Land be the same more or less Commonly known Called by the name of Loadey Park near Haralds Creep asserted together with
